"The mix is right" - Metropolitan
18/07/2006
On every other corner of the city, people sit at wooden tables or lean against a polished bar, drink their beer and share a little something over a chat
In this respect, Bossborn, a restaurant “de tapes” opened by Albert Bosser, a Catalan, nothing is spectaculary different. Yet the mix is right: the interior is modern but not cold, a bit more grand then usual but still Spanish. The menu offers classic but also rocket with mango, Parmesan and peanuts or little extravagances like bull meta or iced atichoke hearts. The ingredients are bought from the local markets and all the tapas are freshly prepared in-house as you can see through the kitchen’s large glass window.
All in all, a mix gives Bossborn a little extra kick.
